I have been working on getting my DK Mountain time down even more, but I have seemed to plateau between 1:54:5 and 1:55:5. Any tips on improvement?

Keep on improving on my DK Mountain Time. Once I clear the 1:52.3 mark and move on to Expert A, I will begin to focus on my other courses that need much improvement as well.
