Hi, I'm a member that would like to join the site in preparation for
the release of MKDS. My name is David Lalo and I live in the USA.

I think the number of shrooms you get at the start depends on your
kart's item rating. I used Mario in the B Dasher, however I also
experimented with Wario and found him the best for SSMTs (definitely
possible and benificiary in this game)

Played through GP today, then got a whole set of records. Many first
or second tries in here, they should come down soon enough. Notice
how Nitro tracks are in caps and retro tracks are in lowercase. I
find this much less confusing, so I'll post my PRs in this fashion
from now on. Let's see if anyone follows my lead :D
