For the 3lap I wanted sub 1'29"0 but since the TA standard is 1'29"05
I'll leave it with this. God is still too far away although my best
splits ad up to 1'28"4, but a good run on this course is just too
hard. The flap was sloppy, but still satisfied with it.

after like 1000 trys on WS today i got a good improvment there i
don't even knwo how i got it i got SOOO lucky on them laps finally
got some consistant laps going and tested out somethings vince told
me, splits 35"0x-34"6xx-34'5xx 0-1-1, i didn't expect ot get that
35"0 on my no shroom before that i could only get 36"0ish and those
1 shrooms were really good better than my 35"5's i could usually
get, even now i can only get 1'47"xxx if i really try so this was
truely a fluke, but i'll take it :), i think im done with WS for a
while i gotta work on weaker courses alot more, this one is
definetely maxed out for me right now i don't even know how i got it
i'll come back in a month or so and try to get it down some more if
i can, got my 40th pr of the week :)
