Had some time to play again tonight...

That PR is pretty frustrating, because the last lap was going along great,
but then I got stuck to the right wall while MT'ing up the stairs at the
very end. Thankfully, I did not get slowed down too much, but still it was a
completely given opportunity for a time a few tenths faster that I missed
there. A 3-lap time very close to the 1'40 barrier would be well within
reach if it weren't from my inconsistency with the first stairs, before the
pool.

Was looking for the glitch on DDJ and finished out the race for the
hell of it and beat my old lap by 2 seconds (1 shroom). New times for
Scott Goodell. YC 1'52"798, WC 2'11"600 1'05"069, DDJ 0'36"814. I
spent so much time trying to find the glitch that I couldn't save my
ghost. I did find the glitch.

i missed the second last MT as you land from Mt the over the bridge,
not sure how much this cost me...at least 0.1

Again, the laps in the DC 3-lap race were mostly ordinary. As for DDD, it
has historically been one of the courses where I've met the most
disappointment, so I'm at least satisfied I pushed the 3-lap below 1'35. I
think I'm also ahead of Michael Fried in F-lap total time now. :-)

Took me a very long time to set a good flap, it's the most difficult course for me.

Because of the fireball in the 2nd lap I always had trouble to get sub 2'28 but now I did it.
Flap is with one shroom so my splits give a much better time.

I use my mushroom through the mud lake that preceeds the pirahna plants, and
drive around it on non-shrooming laps. According to a few videos I've
watched, this is not the fastest spot, but I guess I cannot really move
myself to attempt the thin path inside the mud lake on 0-shroomers. Either
way, the 3-lap and F-lap are cuts over 1"6 and 0"6 respectively. I was
pretty happy with the 3-lap. I was a little nervous on last lap, and had to
sacrifice 1 or 2 MT's, but the 1st and 2nd lap were each within 0"15 of best
splits, so it's alright.
