If you live in the USA it's highly likely you have NSTC.
But with DD it doesn't matter if it's PAL or NSTC though, I thought.
No time-difference at all.
Can someone confirm this?
Easiest way to do this, is comparing course ghost times.
But I don't know the course ghost times on NSTC.

in the european version, you can select 60hz mode or 50hz mode. so i
think that thereis no difference between NTSC & PAL

Its mainly referring to Mario Kart 64 because major short cuts were
found and needed a seperate ranking for them. As of right now, I
don't think there are seperate times because no major shortcuts have
been found.

tried the zipper on the bridge, but it seems like
that's even slower than just taking the normal road
with some ssmt's.

Toadeete + Toad

Discovered that the barrel train can take sharper
corners because the car is heavier. Further it doesn't
slow much down when it hits grass.
